Harsha Mundhada

Harsha is Chartered Accountant and MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. She has about 8 years of experience in financial services and has previously worked with PWC, Ernst & Young and Deloitte in their Transaction Advisory practice where she had the opportunity to work on 35+ transactions across sectors like media, alternative energy, financial services and manufacturing. In her role as an transaction advisory professional, she evaluated target companies business and financial drivers, identified and presented deal breakers, valuation adjustments and post-acquisition business improvement areas to clients and supported clients on their deal closure documents. After completing her MBA, she pursued her interest in early childhood education and is a trained Steiner Educationist. At Parampara, Harsha is responsible for deal flow management and analysis; business due diligence and portfolio company support. She interacts with the startups and other ecosystem players for deal sourcing and provides analytical support to the General Partners and Investment Committee.

Winner of the Challenge Cup Global Finals 2016, Ms. Sweta Mangal is a social entrepreneur and Director at MUrgency Inc (One Global Emergency Reseponse Network), a mobile app that connects people in need of emergency medical help to the nearest Hospital, Ambulance, doctor, nurse or paramedic. MUrgency is supported by the Forum of Young Global Leaders, Harvard University - Asia Center, MIT Sloan Global Health & Stanford Change Labs and is a member of UNDP Business Call to Action.

Ms. Mangal is also the co-founder and ex- CEO of Ziqitza Health Care Limited (ZHL), one of India’s leading emergency medical services providers, which operates ambulances under two models, cross-subsidy and public-private partnership. ZHL manages more than 3500 Ambulances across 19 Indian states and has served 7 million people till date. She is also a trustee and co-founder of LifeSupporters Institute of Health Sciences (LIHS), a leading life support training institute.

Keeping alive the dream of quality, accessible education for the children of her small town in Rajasthan, she founded the CBSE-accredited Mangal Newton School that currently has over 1000 students enrolled.

Ms. Mangal holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA, and was a Gurukul Chevening Scholar at the London School of Economics.
