Parul co-founded Motif in Aug. 2000 after raising $4 million from Blue Chip, Wall Street and Silicon Valley Venture capitalists. She has 24 + years of experience in the IT and services industry and her extensive international experience has helped Motif develop robust operations processes, achieve significant milestones for Motif’s clients in terms of service delivery and scale the organization. She established Motif as India’s premier Business Outsourcing Company with delivery centers in 3 countries and an employee strength of 1500 people.

Her IT background and exposure to the US work environment has enabled Motif to create a unique work environment. During her stint with Intel, she worked on the 486 chip-set and Pentium family of microprocessors.

At Motif, She has been a mentor to various teams, such as HR and software, which have been instrumental in building a solid platform for Motif. Her executive focus on customer satisfaction has enabled Motif to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

Shriya Damani

CEO & Director at SkyQuest Technology Group

Ms. Shriya Damani started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 18, in capacity of Co-founder and CEO of SkyQuest Technology Group catering a niche area of Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property in India. Ms. Damani has prolific experience of 13+ years in IP Management and commercialization, Technology Evaluation and Valuation, Due Diligence, Business Consulting, new market entry, involving diverse industries including Clean Technology, Renewable Energy, Life Sciences, ICT & like sectors.

Ms. Damani has been spearheading and managing diverse initiatives and subsidiaries of SkyQuest Technology Group to name few Investigators Forum.net, Ingenuity Ventures, Double O & Mad Science Lab. Ms. Damani is also steering WaterQuest Hydroresources - an initiative, of SkyQuest Technology Group, to secure water for the community in the most water stressed regions globally viz. Middle-East, West Europe, Spain, Asia, Latin America aligning with the Global Sustainable Development Goals.

Shriya has recently been awarded “Women Excellence Award” by the United Nations and collaborative agencies, CIAC & CIHF. Also, she received the ‘Sambhavaa - Woman of Infinite Possibilities’ award by Ficci FLO - Ficci Ladies Organisation.

Rajesh Asrani

Professor and Dean at GLS University

With over 12 years of experience leading and developing educational organisations, institutional developments within said organisations and monumentalising key structures and programs, Mr Rajesh has worked tirelessly aside the educational industry since the beginning of his professional careers and has played extremely vital roles in universities like MICA and GLS.

He has also successfully convened the Second India New Zealand Business Forum, held at Ahmedabad which saw major participation from both national and international organizations. We hope to share his wisdom with our attendees and are extremely thankful for him to grace us with his presence.
