Shikha is the Founder and Co-CEO of Fibre Labs- A leading Hemp and Alternative Textile Manufacturing company of the nation. At 20, after topping her business studies at Nirma, she moved to the USA for her master in Babson. She was one of the youngest students to graduate with Magna Cum Laude and a start-up team in place.
Her experiences range from working in family businesses, a film making start-up, Chairman’s team at Adani, American and European companies across continents to co-founding a textile manufacturing and technology company at a young age. She strongly believes in Entrepreneurship and loves subjects like the fight against climate change, commercializing innovation, supply chain, etc.
Shikha has been the youngest to receive Women Transforming Award from the Vice President on behalf of the United Nations and Niti Ayog. TEDx speaker, Rajeev Circle Fellowship, Silicon Valley, Tie50 Award Silicon Valley, Atal Innovation Metal from the Governor on behalf of Gujarat University are some of the accolades that she has received for her work in entrepreneurship and innovation.
