Thoughts are powerful to change a person and the world. The generation is changing and so does the world. With the growing economy and changing notes to technologies, women are becoming one of the massive contributors to the society and not only the takers anymore. Yet, they are still underrepresented and their potentials are astonishingly untapped. The rates of self-employment among women are increasing in several countries. An empowered women empowers the generation. For that Women need to shift from thinking “I am not ready to do that” to thinking “I want to live my dreams and I can and I will.”
